Mr. Pandey leads MBG’s Tax practice in UAE and GCC specializing in development of tax strategies, transfer pricing, BEPS, Cross border taxation and M&A services. Manoj, who is a Chartered Accountant by profession, has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of regulations and taxation.
Mr. Pandey has played a key role in advising clients on tax and regulatory advisory in a fund structure, entity options on inbound and outbound investment both from the GCC countries’ perspective as well as from Indian tax and regulatory perspectives.
Mr. Amit Sachdev leads the Direct Tax and Legal Consulting practice at MBG Corporate Services. He has 22 years of experience, including over 3 years in the GCC, across the domains of tax laws, accounting, foreign investment, foreign exchange control regulations and corporate and business laws. Mr. Sachdev has advised various global corporates on their Indian ventures. He has been working with several Japanese companies across a range of industries. With his rich experience in international tax and cross border transactions, Mr. Sachdev advises corporates extensively on inbound investments, and tax and regulatory matters.
